Postpaid Manager
Major Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage entire product portfolio of personal segment.
  • Plan, initiate, design, coordinate, prepare and execute the end to end business operation in regard to any sorts of products channel, campaign and promotions launching.
  • Quarterly and half yearly product and market activities roadmap preparation followed by setting the key performance indicators
  • Strategize and conceptualize different flagship projects and follow up with the cross functional teams for timely implementation
  • Collaborate with the PR & Communication to relay special advertising requirements. Market introduction of new service applications and enhancement
  • Obtain a first-hand understanding of trends and business environment for the segment through dedicated channel. Coordinate with the CRM team to attain an insight in customers’ needs and usage and spending. Gain knowledge of competitor’s offers and activities through interaction with Research team.
  • Identify areas of revenue leakage and augmented churn as well as opportunities for enhanced revenue generation and increased cost saving based on the analysis.
  • Plan and lead the project on reactivation, devices and critical business model for data business; as well as lead the coordination of large scale campaign launching.
  • Plan, initiate and implement the projects on optimizing the sales and distribution channel performance and profitability.
Required Academic Qualifications
  • B.B.A with major in Marketing or Finance is preferred.
Required Experience
  • 6 years of quality and diversified professional experience inclusive of at least 3 years of Mobile Telecom Product Development & Management along with FMCG distribution experiences.
Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Advance business acumen
  • Advance knowledge of business segmentation and pricing methodology
  • Advance understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Sound knowledge of Market strategy development
  • Sound familiarity Brand management & Communication management
  • Advance Knowledge of Channel management and Information and Resource Management
  • Advance on customer lifecycle management knowledge
  • Advance customer acquisition and retention knowledge
