Emergency pool list: In order to ensure a timely and efficient response to emergency and unforeseen staffing gaps, MSF plan to identify a pool of candidates interested and ready to join our team and activities. Candidates applying for this pool, who meets the required criteria, will be invited to participate in the preliminary interview process (technical test and face-to-face interview) for the assessment of the skill set. Once a candidate passes the
assessments, his/her personal details will be added to emergency pool list. Thereafter, when MSF assumes a vacancy for such position, the candidate/s from the emergency pool list will be invited for final round of interview. Note: Getting in to the emergency pool list does not warrant a job in MSF, as it is subject to MSF’s need.
