বেতন: প্রশিক্ষণকালীন প্রথম ৬ মাস মাসিক বেতন ১৮০০০-২২০০০ -টাকা এবং প্রশিক্ষণকাল সফলতার সংগে উত্তীর্ণ হলে মূল্যায়নের ভিত্তিতে স্থায়ীকরন করা হবে । সেই সাথে সংস্থার নিয়ম অনুযায়ী বেতন কাঠামো অন্যান্য সুবিধাদি প্রদান করা হবে।

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: স্নাতক/স্নাতকোত্তর পাশ।

Compensation & Other Benefits : নিয়মিত হওয়ার পর সংস্থার নিয়ম অনুযায়ী প্রভিডেন্টফান্ড (কন্ট্রিবিউটরি), গ্র্যাচুইটির সুবিধা (চাকুরীকাল ৫বছর পূর্ণ হলে ১টি, ১২ বছরে ২টি ও ২০ বছরে ৩টি করে গ্রাচুয়িটি প্রদান করা হবে) ও বছরে ২ টি উৎসব ভাতা (মূল বেতনের সমান ২টি পূর্ণ) প্রদান করা হবে।

আগ্রহী প্রার্থীগন আগামী ২০-০৩-২০২২ ইং তারিখের মধ্যে “নির্বাহী পরিচালক, গ্রাম উন্নয়ন সংস্থা (গ্রাউস), দুল্লা, বটতলা বাজার, মুক্তাগাছা, ময়মনসিংহ” বরাবর আবেদন ডাকযোগে প্রেরণ করতে পারবে।আবেদনপত্রের সাথে জীবন-বৃত্তান্ত,০২কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি, ভোটার আইডি কার্ডের ফটোকপি, সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি এবং অভিজ্ঞতা সনদপত্র সংযুক্ত করতে হবে।কেবল মাত্র বাছাইকৃত প্রার্থীদের লিখিত ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষার জন্য ফোন/এস. এম. এস -এর মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।

গ্রাম উন্নয়ন সংস্থা (গ্রাউস) বিভিন্ন ব্যাংক ও দাতা প্রতিষ্ঠান এর অর্থায়নে পরিচালিত এর মাঠ পর্যায়ে, ময়মনসিংহ জেলায় সমন্বিত উন্নয়ন ও ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কর্মসূচি বাস্তবায়নের লক্ষ্যে জরুরী ভিত্তিতে নিম্নেবর্ণিত পদ ও শর্তে বেশকিছু সংখ্যক উন্নয়ন কর্মী নিয়োগ করা হবে।বর্ণিত পদে নিয়োগ পেতে আগ্রহী, সৎ, পরিশ্রমী, উদ্যমী প্রার্থীদের নিকট থেকে আবেদনপত্র আহবান করা যাচ্ছে।

The GRAUS (Gram Unnayon Sangathon) – Organization for Rural Socio-economic Development – began its journey in 1998 with its headquarters in Bandarban, in the southern hill district of Bangladesh. It has been working among the disadvantaged and underprivileged section of the people of the district, irrespective of race and religion, especially among the deprived section of the ethnic people’s community.

Its Vision is committed to rural integrated development, empowerment and building up of a sustainable environment.  The mission of GRAUS is improved access of the deprived to socio-economic development, enabling them to enjoy and leave a better world for themselves and the future generations, with due importance towards sustainable environment.  The GRAUS also have legally registered with the NGO Affairs Bureau, Department of Social Services, and also a member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).
