জব কনটেক্সট: This is one of the positions in the Base Hospital of Ulipur – MEC Project. The main objective of this position is to deal with the pre- operative and post-operative patients in the hospital. Besides that there is another responsibility to deal with supervision of ward as well as other supportive staffs activities. This position will support other programme staff in the hospital in all matters

চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ

  • To arrive in due time at hospital.
  • To assist the surgeon during operation.
  • To investigate the patient both OPD and Ward.
  • To Scanning the IOL Patients.
  • • To supervise the ward boy / ward felmale in ward.
  • • To take charge from immediate leave of staff and also give to other staff before leaving hospital premises.
  • To assist patients during eye drops/ointment or as per needed.
  • To take timely BP, pulse record and IOP recording of the patients.
  • To keep in place of all files.
  • If any problems face such as diabetic, heart problems then immediately inform medical officer and according to assist them.
  • To do autoclave.
  • To supervise post-operative IOL Patients vision record.
  • To perform Biometry of admitted IOL patients before operation.
  • To supervise admitted patient’s record.
  • To take care of all materials during leaving.
  • To cooperate as well as obey with nurse, paramedics, medical officer, assistant surgeon & surgeon.
  • To fill in patients report form.
  • To wear duty dress daily.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: Diploma in Nursing Science and Midwifery

অভিজ্ঞতা: সর্বনিম্ন ২ বছর

চাকরির প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়সমূহ: It is inevitable that task may arise which not fall within the limit of the above list of main duties. Employees are therefore required to respond with flexible approach when task arise which are not specifically covered in their Job Description. Should an additional responsibility become regular part of an employee’s job, the description will be amended in consultation with the employee during the Performance Development Review.
