- ইনটেনসিভ কেয়ার ইউনিট এ কাজ করা এবং পরিচালনা করার ক্ষেত্রে অভিজ্ঞতাসম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
- রোগীকে যত্ন নেওয়ার ব্যপারে পরিকল্পনা করা।
- হাসপাতালের প্রোটোকল এবং নার্সিং কাউন্সিলের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী নিরাপদে রোগীদের ওষুধ সেবন করা।
- সমস্ত রোগীর পর্যবেক্ষণ এবং অত্যাবশ্যক লক্ষণগুলি সঠিকভাবে রেকর্ড করা৷
- নিয়মিতভাবে রোগীর যত্ন এবং রোগীদের সম্পর্কিত অন্যান্য তথ্যের রেকর্ড বজায় রাখা এবং আপডেট করা। রিপোর্ট তৈরিতে ডাক্তারদের সহায়তা করা৷
- যন্ত্র এবং সরঞ্জামের সঠিক রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ নিশ্চিত করা, সঠিকভাবে পরিস্কার, জীবাণুমুক্ত রাখা৷
- আই সি ইউ ইনচার্জ এর নির্দেশনামত কাজ করা৷
- উপযুক্ত আচার-ব্যবহার ও সৌজন্য সহ সকল রোগী এবং গ্রাহকদের অভ্যর্থনা জানান। অন্যান্য বিভাগের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় রেখে কাজ করা৷
