Job Responsibilities

  • Supervising nursing staff and monitoring their needs.
  • Preparing duty roster accordingly.
  • Coordinating daily administrative duties including schedules, nursing assignments and patient care.
  • Observing patient admissions, transfers and discharges bills.
  • Monitoring and training new staff and providing support and guidance to all staff members.
  • Taking care of patients and helping doctors in diagnosing and treating patients.
  • Works as a primary health care provider.
  • Identifies patient care requirements and takes immediate action.
  • Advice follow-up of patients and clear instructions are given by the doctor.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintains patient confidence and protects confidential/ personal information.
  • Maintains documents patient care services by charting in patient records.
  • Maintains nursing / medical supplies and inventory.
