পদের নাম : প্রোগ্রাম অফিসার।
পদের সংখ্যা : নির্ধারিত না।
আবেদন যোগ্যতা : সোশ্যাল সায়েন্স বা সমমান বিষয় স্নাতক পাস করতে হবে। তবে এডুকেশন বা ডেভেলপমেন্ট স্টাডিজ বিষয়ে উচ্চতর ডিগ্রি থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
আইএনজিও বা এনজিও খাতে ৩ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত কাজে দক্ষ হতে হবে। চাপ সামলে কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে। যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। বাংলা ও ইংরেজি ভাষায় সাবলীল হতে হবে।
কম্পিউটার চালনায় দক্ষ হতে হবে। বিশেষ করে এমএস অফিসের কাজে পারদর্শী হতে হবে।

বেতন ও সুযোগ সুবিধা : ৬৬ হাজার ৭৫৮টাকা। সঙ্গে ফেস্টিভ্যাল বোনাস, প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, গ্র্যাচুয়েটি, মেডিকেল বেনিফিট, গ্রুপ লাইফ ইনস্যুরেন্স, মোবাইল অ্যান্ড ইন্টারনেট অ্যালায়েন্স প্রদান করা হবে।
