CDIP is a non-governmental non-profit development organization founded in 1995 with registration from Registrar of Joint Stock Company, Dhaka. It is governed by a body of General members through its elected Governing Body.

আগ্রহী প্রার্থীগণকে সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সনদপত্রের কপি, জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের কপি, সম্প্রতি তোলা পাসপোর্ট সাইজের দুই কপি রঙ্গীন ছবি, মোবাইল নম্বর ও ই-মেইল আইডিসহ আবেদন ও জীবন-বৃত্তান্ত সময়সীমার মধ্যে ‘বিভাগ প্রধান, মানবসম্পদ ও ওডি এবং প্রশাসন’ বরাবর বর্ণিত ঠিকানায় পাঠাতে অনুরোধ করা হলো। খামের উপর পদের নাম লিখতে হবে। শুধুমাত্র বাছাইকৃত প্রার্থীদেরকে ফোনের মাধ্যমে নির্দিষ্ট তারিখে ইন্টারভিউ’র জন্য ডাকা হবে, এ জন্যে কোনো প্রকার টি.এ/ ডি.এ প্রযোজ্য হবে না। উল্লেখ থাকে যে, ইন্টারভিউ’র সময় অভিজ্ঞতার প্রমাণপত্র দেখাতে হবে। নিয়োগপত্র গ্রহণের সময় জামানত হিসেবে ৫,০০০/- টাকা জমা দিতে হবে যা লভ্যাংশসহ ফেরতযোগ্য। বি: দ্র:- প্রার্থীর নিজ যোগ্যতায় চাকরি বিবেচনা করা হবে, যে কোনো ধরনের তদবির প্রার্থীর অযোগ্যতা বলে গণ্য হবে। আবেদনে অবশ্যই ই-মেইল আইডি উল্লেখ করতে হবে।

With its inception in the year of 1995 in a remote village under the district of Brammanbaria, CDIP has been working to develop the socio-economic condition of the disadvantaged people through the delivery of financial and social services at their doorstep.CDIP is currently supporting 2,46,951 families with credit facilities and 57,661 disadvantages children with home tutoring services in 28 districts of Bangladesh.In spite of above services to the underprivileged community for the last 28 years without receiving any kind of donations from anywhere, CDIP has been capable of transforming it into a financially self sustainable organization.
