Job Context
- The position is responsible for overseeing Talent Development initiatives with the planned development, improvement and reinforcement of the strategy, structure and processes that leads to organization effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing Talent Development Program with the implementation of Talent Visibility.
- Frame Future Leadership acceleration program.
- Develop talent management systems, standards, and tools aligned to obtain workforce performance, and individual effectiveness with the implementation of “Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)”.
- Align leadership acceleration, performance management and other initiatives with identified short, mid- and long-term business strategies.
- Serve as a strategic business partner in driving change management & multiple priority projects to increase organizational efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Design and implement a variety of Learning initiatives, action plans, programs, and materials.
- Formulate and execute advanced group learning culture.
- Drive more employee engagement activities to bridge management and employee relations.
