Job Context

The position is responsible for overseeing Talent Development initiatives with the planned development, improvement and reinforcement of the strategy, structure and processes that leads to organization effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for managing Talent Development Program with the implementation of Talent Visibility.
Frame Future Leadership acceleration program.
Develop talent management systems, standards, and tools aligned to obtain workforce performance, and individual effectiveness with the implementation of “Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)”.
Align leadership acceleration, performance management and other initiatives with identified short, mid- and long-term business strategies.
Serve as a strategic business partner in driving change management & multiple priority projects to increase organizational efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
Design and implement a variety of Learning initiatives, action plans, programs, and materials.
Formulate and execute advanced group learning culture.
Drive more employee engagement activities to bridge management and employee relations.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
