  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience
  • Sound understanding and experience of primary healthcare.
  • Knowledge on camp situation.
  • Knowledge on emergency case management.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Counseling skills.
  • Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Demonstrated skills in clinical planning and decision making.
  • Demonstrated effective skills in leadership, communication, team building and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religion.
  • Ability to work under pressure, be flexible in challenging situation.
