বেতন:
- Tk. 26650 – 31970 (Monthly)
- অস্থায়ী (২৬,৬৫০-২৯,৪৫০), স্থায়ী হলে (২৯,১৩০-৩১,৯৭০) টাকা। উল্লেখ্য, যে সকল প্রার্থী ইতোমধ্যে শাখা ব্যবস্থাপক হিসেবে কর্মরত আছেন বা অভিজ্ঞতা রয়েছে, সেক্ষেত্রে শাখা ব্যবস্থাপক হিসেবে অভিজ্ঞতার জন্য বর্তমান বেতন স্কেলের সাথে ইনক্রিমেন্ট সংযুক্ত করে বেতন স্কেল নির্ধারণ করা হবে ।

- বাৎসরিক ৩০ দিন করে ছুটি এবং বছরে ১২ দিন ছুটি রিজার্ভ করা যাবে যার বিপরীতে চাকুরী শেষে আর্থিক সুবিধা প্রদান, প্রতি বছরে পবিত্র ঈদ-উল ফিতর, পবিত্র ঈদ-উল আযহা এবং শারদীয় দুর্গা পূজা উপলক্ষ্য প্রত্যেকটি পর্বে ০৭ দিন/১ সপ্তাহ করে ছুটি প্রদান, ক্রেডিট ভাতা, দূরত্ব ভাতা, মোবাইল বিল, মোট বেতনের সমপরিমাণ ১টি উৎসব ভাতা, বৈশাখী ভাতা, পিকনিক ভাতা, কর্মী সহায়তা তহবিল, শিক্ষা সহায়তা তহবিল, বীমা সুবিধা, পিএফ সুবিধা, গ্রাচুয়িটি সুবিধা, বাৎসরিক ইনক্রিমেন্ট, মোটর সাইকেল জ্বালানি বিল প্রদান, কর্মীদের আবাসিক সুবিধা, তাছাড়াও প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে পিতৃত্ব ও মাতৃত্বজনিত ছুটি।

CSS is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), registered with NGO Affairs Bureau, working in multi sectors such as disaster response, primary and secondary health care, formal & non-formal education, technical and vocational education, micro enterprise development, women empowerment & gender equality, water & sanitation, child care homes & orphanages, child labor & trafficking, HIV/AIDs etc. The overall purpose of the organization is to lift the marginalized population out of the cycle of poverty and envisions a society free from discrimination and injustice where men and women equally contribute to the overall development process.
