ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রেসকিউ কমিটি (আইআরসি) সম্প্রতি নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি দিয়েছে। প্রতিষ্ঠানটি তাদের প্রটেকশন অ্যান্ড রুলস অব ল সেক্টশনে লোকবল নিয়োগ দেবে। আগ্রহীরা অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
পদের নাম : প্রটেকশন অ্যান্ড রুলস অব ল কো-অর্ডিনেটর। পদের সংখ্যা : নির্ধারিত না। আবেদন যোগ্যতা : আইন, হিউম্যান রাইটস ল, ইন্টারন্যাশনাল রিলেশন, সোশ্যাল সায়েন্স বা সমমান বিষয়ে স্নাতক পাস।
সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে ন্যূনতম পাঁচ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। এছাড়াও প্রোটেকশন, সংঘাত পূর্ণ এলাকায় মানবাধিকার নিয়ে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা ও কেস ম্যানেজমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত কাজের পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
মানবাধিকার নীতিমালা, আন্তর্জাতিক নীতিমালা বিষয়ে জানা শোনা থাকতে হবে। এছাড়াও বাংলাদেশ লিগ্যাল সিস্টেম সম্পর্কে
ভালো ধারণা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার প্রদান করা হবে। বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুসারে ইউএনএইচআরসি, ডিএফআইডি অ্যান্ড ইসিএইও এর রেগুলেশন সম্পর্কে জানাশোনা থাকতে হবে।
যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। সঙ্গে ইন্টারপারসোনাল স্কিল বা তথ্য বিশ্লেষণ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে। এছাড়াও ইংরেজি ভাষায় সাবলীল হতে হবে

বেতন ও সুযোগ সুবিধা : ২৩৫০০০ টাকা (মাসিক)। রেটেশন বেনিফিট (২টা বেসিক সেলারির সমান), প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা অনুসারে গ্রাচুয়েটির সুবিধা, স্বাস্থ্য ও জীবন বিমা ও মোবাইল বিল প্রদান করা হবে।
