বাংলাদেশ ওভারসিজ এমপ্লয়মেন্ট অ্যান্ড সার্ভিসেস লিমিটেডের (বোয়েসেল) মাধ্যমে ও কুয়েতের অ্যাডভান্সড টেকনোলজি কোম্পানির ব্যবস্থাপনায় দেশটির বিভিন্ন সরকারি হাসপাতালে ৩০৪ জন নার্স নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে। নারী-পুরুষ উভয়েই আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
বোয়েসেলের বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে এ তথ্য জানানো হয়েছে। বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে বলা হয়েছে, অ্যাডভান্সড টেকনোলজি কোম্পানির ব্যবস্থাপনায় নেওয়া হবে ৩০৪ জন ডিপ্লোমা পাস নার্স। এর মধ্যে ২৪৪ জন নারী এবং ৬০ জন পুরুষ।
আবেদনের যোগ্যতা
আবেদনের জন্য প্রার্থীকে অবশ্যই সরকার স্বীকৃত নার্সিং ইনস্টিটিউট বা প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে ব্যাচেলর ডিগ্রি বা ডিপ্লোমা ডিগ্রিধারী হতে হবে। সরকারি, আধা সরকারি বা বেসরকারি মেডিকেল কলেজ, হাসপাতাল বা প্রতিষ্ঠানে নার্স হিসেবে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। ২ বছর ৬ মাস মেয়াদসহ পাসপোর্ট থাকতে হবে।
আবেদন যেভাবে
আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের ইংরেজিতে দুই কপি জীবনবৃত্তান্ত, সব শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সনদ, অভিজ্ঞতার সনদ, মার্কশিট, ট্রান্সক্রিপ্টসহ বোয়েসেলের দেওয়া লিংকের মাধ্যমে অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে হবে। অ্যাডভান্সড টেকনোলজি কোম্পানির ব্যবস্থাপনায় এই লিংক থেকে আবেদন করতে হবে।
বেতন
ডিপ্লোমা পাস নার্সদের বেতন ৮০ হাজার। বছরে বেতন বৃদ্ধি ১০ কুয়েতি দিনার। কুয়েতের শ্রম আইন অনুযায়ী ওভারটাইম পাবেন।
সুযোগ-সুবিধা ও শর্ত
চাকরিতে যোগ দেওয়ার পর শিক্ষানবিশকাল তিন মাস। বার্ষিক ছুটি ৩০ দিন। দৈনিক আট ঘণ্টা ডিউটি, সপ্তাহে ছয় দিন। চাকরির চুক্তি তিন বছর। তবে চুক্তির মেয়াদ বাড়ার সম্ভাবনা রয়েছে। প্রয়োজনীয় আসবাবসহ থাকা, খাওয়া ও কর্মস্থলে যাতায়াতে পরিবহনের ব্যবস্থা নিয়োগকারী কোম্পানি বহন করবে। চাকরিতে যোগ দেওয়ার বিমানভাড়া এবং তিন বছর সন্তোষজনক চাকরি শেষে দেশে ফেরত আসার বিমানভাড়া নিয়োগকারী কোম্পানি দেবে। অন্যান্য শর্ত কুয়েতের শ্রম আইন অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।
আবেদনের সময়সীমা
অ্যাডভান্সড টেকনোলজি কোম্পানির ব্যবস্থাপনায় কুয়েত যেতে আবেদন করা যাবে ২০ জুলাই পর্যন্ত।
