Job Context
- FH Association (a Christian, relief & development organization) wants to fill one (1) Officer- Finance position and therefore, inviting applications from eligible candidates.
- Job Summary:
- The Officer- Finance (OF) is responsible for providing financial services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial operations. The OF must comply with established accounting policies and procedures. The OF is supervised by and accountable to the Director- Finance in a manner consistent with FH Heartbeat.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage MS Dynamics and QuickBooks information to ensure data is up to date and accurate;
- Check area office and project bills and vouchers, payments and transactions, when requested;
- Manage area office cash advances and reconciliation to ensure recovery, when requested;
- Ensure financial documents (i.e. files, banking papers, MS Dynamics/QuickBooks e-files, emails and couriers) are store and manage in a timely and secure manner that protects financial information;
- Reconcile all the account in the system and ensure the smooth year end closing;
- Support the Director- Finance to prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly Microsoft Dynamics, Power Bi and Jet reports to Field Operations, ensuring timely information;
- Support the Director- Finance to complete the monthly closing of financial reports;
- Update staff Provident Fund (PF) information and data entry in QuickBooks is completed on time;
- Work with the Director- Finance to complete the annual and quarterly budgets;
- Work with external auditor in prepare the Government Audit and PF Audit reports;
- Prepare and maintain the organization’s staff’s Income Tax file with the tax lawyer;
- Manage the organization’s VAT & AIT ledger and provide necessary support to clear regular VAT and AIT; and
- Other Duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
- BBA/Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field; MBA/Master’s degree in relevant field is a plus.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- At least three (3) years related experience in the financial management and reporting context;
- Direct experience within an NGO/INGO is a plus.

- Excellent people skills including warmth and sensitivity, conversational, ability to relate to and communicate with people from different cultures (at various levels within the organization);
- High integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics;
- Practical experience in using wide range of accounting software including MS Dynamics 365 and fluent operation level;
- Proven experience in treasury activities, establishment and monitoring of budgets, and understanding of data processing concepts and systems;
- Demonstrated ability in analyzing financial documents, projections, expenditures, and accruals;
- Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office products, Google platforms, virtual technologies such as skype and/or GoToMeeting;
- Able to self-manage a diverse and dynamics set of responsibilities, proactively solve problems and/or suggest viable while advancing goals and objectives;
