Red Cross – Red Crescent movement is the largest volunteer organization in the world. Bangladesh Red Crescent Society (BDRCS) is a national society of the movement, constituted on 31 March 1973 by the President`s Order No. 26 of 1973 with retrospective effect from 16 December 1971. This is the biggest humanitarian organization in Bangladesh. As an auxiliary to the government, the Society provides humanitarian assistance to the vulnerable people over the last 48 years and has undertaken a wide range of activities in humanitarian response, disaster management, health, capacity building and in promoting Red Cross/ Red Crescent ideals and principles.

Job Responsibilities
- Blood collection from the donor, donor care and management of adverse reactions
- Blood transfusion and supervise the patient during transfusion. Reporting doctor if necessary
- Donor motivation and counselling of the donors
- Keeping the documents and records
- Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
- Carry out any other duties that may arise from time to time.
- Any other tasks assigned by the authority.
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: Candidate should have minimum Diploma in Nursing from any accredited academic institution.

Departmental clearance will be required for internal candidates.
Eligible candidates can apply with CV, copy of NID, copy of all academic certificates and photograph to the Director, HR Department, Bangladesh Red Crescent Society, 684-686, Red Crescent Sarak, Boro Moghbazar, Dhaka-1217, Bangladesh.
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for interview.
