    • Excellent communication skill in Bangla and English.
    • Very good skills in MS Office.

  • Supervise the daily accounting and financial activities
  • Process and analyze financial transactions.
  • Coordinate, prepare for and facilitate the annual external financial audit of the company, including drafting financial statements, preparation of notes to financial statements, annual reports, director’s reports, as well as the accompanying management discussion and financial statement analysis.
  • Suggest and assist with the implementation and adherence of accounting practices, policies, and procedures that support efficiencies.
  • Formulate and Reviewing budget
  • Manage the company’s proprietary portfolio to generate sustainable return on a risk adjusted manner
  • Create control mechanism within the department and organization

Educational Requirements

3. Officer- Research Analysis & Portfolio Management

Job Responsibilities

  • To collect and analyze, interpret data and use the data to guide the business decision making.
  • To forecast market and securities trend, guide the management to make investment decision.
  • To manage the company’s proprietary portfolio to generate sustainable return on a risk adjusted manner.
  • To oversee all research activities, maintain track record and provide guidance to the team to complete the work on time, to identify the prospective securities and cater the clients’ investment needs.
  • To develop ideas for innovative research reports as per client requirement, develop concept and content of the research report and provide review feedback on that different reports and ensure the publication within deadline.
  • To supervise, lead and evaluate the performance of traders/ managers to meet the business goal.
  • To prepare a list of approved marginable securities to disburse margin loan to the clients.
  • To implement a strong monitoring and controlling system to ensure compliance of daily trading activities and margin loan ratio of the clients as per the BSEC’s guideline and the company’s policy.
  • To oversee and monitor excess buy, negative and positive equity, purchase power limit, broker wise netting etc.
  • To work alongside Software / Technology development team to ensure that the systems achieve outcomes in line with the Operating Plan.
  • To develop business of the company by bringing new corporate and individual clients, building quality relationships with existing corporate and individual clients.

Educational Requirements

    • Minimum graduate preferably from Business discipline with professional degree like CFA
