১. Associate Manager/Manager, Credit Administration
Job Description
- All types of Disbursement & Settlement (Both OBU & DBU) execution in CBS as per sanction, approval and Departmental Operational Instruction with proper due diligence;
- All types of Composite Limit Loading (new, renewal, one off, EOL, hive off, earmarking) in CBS as per LLI (Limit Loading instruction) circulated by documentation team;
- Loan Re-structuring, Re-scheduling, Interest waiver and write off execution as per Bank’s policy & Bangladesh Bank’s circular/regulation;
- Ability to handle Core Banking Solution and dedicated product oriented software of Bank efficiently as per Job Card;
- All types of certificate issuance related with loans (Overdue, Balance Confirmation, Liability Status and NOC);
- Ensure prompt response of all inquiries is handled professionally and good liaison with stakeholders especially Business, Product team, CRM, Finance, IT and external & internal audit team;
- Having basic knowledge about financial accounting applicable for Bank/FI;
- Good knowledge about different internal & external process/policy/guideline and central Bank’s regulation;
- Identify process gaps and grey areas and initiate to re-engineer process through the line manager;
- Re-pricing of loan, Re phasing existing amortization, tenor extension/modification based on approval, helping PPG drafting and review, CBS capacity enhancement;
- Attending auditors (internal/external) relating loan disbursement and compliances, regularizing audit observations, responding/escalating audit comments in due time and manner and Maintain satisfactory audit rating;
- Properly maintain DCFCL & timely escalation of OKRI & other required reports/MIS;
- Timely and regular basis submission of information related to all reporting issues toward Central Bank or any other authorities, as and when required
- Assist other colleagues of the team as and when required.
Qualifications
- Masters & Bachelor’s degree from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record;
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Bank or Non-Bank Financial Institution and/or dealing in relevant field of Disbursement & Settlement (Transaction Unit);
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point etc.);
- Good communication skill (both written & verbal);
- Excellent inter-personal relationship & Analytical ability;
- Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.

২.Associate Manager, Customer Analytics
Job Description
- Work on data analysis and development of conclusions and recommendations for stakeholder;
- Design and execute analytics practices to generate data-driven insights and recommendations for marketing leadership;
- Design, build, automate and maintain well-structured data marts. Proactively address any issues with data quality, accuracy and completeness;
- Apply critical thinking to resolve data issues and combine data from multiple systems through tools such as SQL, SAS, Python, R etc;
- Identify opportunities and threats for the Bank through analysis of market conditions and trends, existing KPI reports, executive leadership guidance, and ad hoc data warehouse research;
- Analyze strategy performance by distilling massively complex data into concise and actionable recommendations;
- Present recommendations for strategy improvements and provide strong justifying evidence to defend these recommendations. Gain alignment across work groups and implement these changes;
- Create and maintain strong working relationships with multiple business teams, technology teams and key vendors;
- Produce a range of dashboards, reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Masters/Bachelor’s degree from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record, candidates having degree in Engineering or Technology will be given preference;
- At least 2 years of work experience in relevant field;
- Good analytical ability & Attention to detail is must.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL language in Oracle/SQL server/MySQL & R/Python Power BI, Tableau, Qlik View, OBIEE, Business Objects or any business intelligence tool, Data warehouse tools like Informatica/ODI/SSIS will be an added advantage;
- Understanding of Debit, Credit, Prepaid Cards, Loans & Deposit product dynamics under Retail & SME banking will be a plus;
- Proactive, passionate and with a can do attitude;
- Good communication and interpersonal skill;
- Honest and carries high personal integrity ;
- Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Job Description
- Develop and propose different business initiatives to ensure growth of credit card Business.
- Develop strategies to ensure net customer growth with increase in new to bank customers and reduction attrition.
- Analyzing credit cards portfolio to determine trend, spend pattern, risky segment and so on.
- Design and execute various campaigns to strengthen cards portfolio.
- Manage external franchise partners for best value.
- Managing all types of business communication with different stakeholders.
- Ensuring Payment Network management
- Ensure the availability of products/services maintaining regulatory requirements and manage the products properly.
- Develop and propose new products and improving existing product attributes also improving business processes and systems to increase efficiency.
- Perfection in the existing business processes by smoothen them for higher efficiency and customer satisfaction on a regular basis.
- Perform analysis of market information/research to develop product solutions to meet market needs.
- Card portfolio management and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
