চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ
- Day-to-day management of nursing operations of the Hospital ensuring optimum level of staff availability round the clock;
- Support in recruitment and retention of nursing staff;
- Budgeting and Management of OT/Ward materials & resources (stores, crash carts, linen etc.);
- Ensure patient-centric, safe, and compassionate care in all departments of the Hospital;
- Conducting regular hospital rounds and work in close collaboration with other clinical and support departments;
- Ensure the highest standard of Nursing through continuous coaching, training & development of team members;
- Implement Quality Control processes and Infection control in OTs and Hospital wards;
- Any other responsibilities given by the Management.
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:B.Sc. in Nursing & Midwifery. Must have active registration with BNMC;

চাকরির প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়সমূহ
- বয়স সর্বোচ্চ ৪৮ বছর
- Min. 12 to 15 years’ experience in reputed Hospital (as Head Nurse, Nursing Superintendent, Nursing Supervisor etc.);
- Excellent Leadership, Team bonding, and Communication skills;
- Computer literacy and online communication ability.
