Mukti Cox’s Bazar a local level NGO working at Cox’s Bazar and Chattogram district is inviting application from suitable candidates for its project title “The Girls Shine program for the Rohingya response”. The project will be implemented with the partnership with UNFPA. Interested candidates must be send their application with cover letter, CV with names of two references, 2 copies recent passport size photographs, educational and experience certificate, clean photocopy of national ID card to the undersigned on or before 06 March 2022. No application will be entitled after the deadline. Application must be submitted to HR Coordinator, Mukti Cox’s Bazar, Sarda Bhaban, Goldighipar, Cox’s Bazar-4700. Please write the position applied for on the top of the envelope. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.

This is an important role to ensure the financial viability of the emergency intervention, the management of Mukti Cox’s Bazar mobilized resources and upholding the financial responsibility of the complex, multi-donor funded project in Cox’s Bazaar and Noakhali. In his/her day-to-day operations, the Finance & Admin Officer position is to maintain accurate accounting records in compliance with financial policies and procedures of Mukti Cox’s Bazar and UNFPA. She/he supervises and ensures excellence in books of accounts (Cash book, General ledger as well as regular accounting reconciliations. She/he also prepares accurate and timely financial summaries, reports and assessment of financial needs and cash flow requirements, controlling bank account balances, cash holding to optimal balance to avoid any liquidity issues of Project Office & Project funds. He/she also will review and ensure timely drafting of inputs for finalizing donor report.
