Job Responsibilities
- Implementation of product quality guidelines and procedures both at Pre production and Production stages
- Review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods and making recommendation for improvement.
- Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure the final product met deadline
- Reduce DHU during the production process.
- Make sure 100% audit pass rate to increase customer satisfaction
- Conduct Pre Production (PP) Meeting, Inline Inspection, Pre Final & Final Random Inspection (FRI)
- Interact with Buyer QA, External Inspector, Development and Production team to maintain quality and on time shipment
- Lead a team of quality staff to meet customer’s quality requirement
