Its major customers include Marks & Spencer, LPP, Bestseller, Orsay, SPI, Suburbia, DMR, and New Yorker. As a specialized woven factory, Renaissance Barind Ltd has 29 lines in 3 different production floors of 0.12 Million SQ FT each. Our ultimate plan is to expand the lines from 29 to 54 nos

Job Responsibilities

  • Implementation of product quality guidelines and procedures both at Pre production and Production stages
  • Review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods and making recommendation for improvement.
  • Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure the final product met deadline
  • Reduce DHU during the production process.
  • Make sure 100% audit pass rate to increase customer satisfaction
  • Conduct Pre Production (PP) Meeting, Inline Inspection, Pre Final & Final Random Inspection (FRI)
  • Interact with Buyer QA, External Inspector, Development and Production team to maintain quality and on time shipment
  • Lead a team of quality staff to meet customer’s quality requirement
