Job Responsibilities
- The midwife will work to contribute to an improvement in reproductive, maternal, and neonatal health through the provision of counseling, care, support, and services for women and their families before, during, and after childbirth. She/he will be working in the SCI-operated health facilities (HP/PHCC) as per need. The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of the stock of SRH commodities and medicine and will provide SRH support in MMT when required. The midwife will also be involved in providing healthcare education and working with the MCHN promoters to ensure appropriate messages are shared with the community. She will involve herself in knowledge sharing and health education to beneficiaries among volunteers and staff during any day observation/campaign/outreach activities.
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: Diploma in Midwifery, preferably from Government affiliated institutions and Registered from Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNMC)
