ন্যূনতম স্নাতক/সমমান। স্নাতক/সমমানের ক্ষেত্রে বেতন: ১৭৭৯৫ টাকা, স্নাতকোত্তর/সমমানের ক্ষেত্রে বেতন: ১৯৫৭৪ টাকা।। চাকুরিতে স্থায়ী হলে বেতন হবে যথাক্রমে ১৯৫৭৪ টাকা ও ২১৫৩১। তাছাড়া প্রতিবছর কর্ম দক্ষতার ভিত্তিতে বাৎসরিকভাবে নির্দিষ্ট হারে বেতন বৃদ্ধি হতে পারে।

২. দায় দায়িত্ব: মাঠপর্যায়ে ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
