Job Context

    100% Export Oriented Garments company is looking for passionate candidate at medical section.

Job Responsibilities

  • Observing & Understanding the patient’s behavior.
  • Coordinating with the healthcare professional in treatment.
  • Diagnosing the disease by analyzing the patient’s symptom.
  • Carrying out the requisite treatment and medication.
  • Doing stitching, dressing, and other medical care.
  • Doing the required paperwork.
  • Checking all medical equipment and medicine.
  • Checking inventory and doing requisition.
  • Provide Medical assistance to the employees.
  • Assist on-duty doctors.
  • Providing emotional support to patients and organizing workloads.
  • Responsible for providing quality first aid support to the injured peoples.
  • Maintaining, observing and recording the condition of patients.
  • Checking and administering drugs.
  • Coordinate with HR Dept. to ensure healthy working environment.
  • Any other relevant tasks assign by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Nursing/ MATS,
  • B.Sc in Nursing will get preference.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Clinical Nursing, Hospital Nurse
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Clinic, Garments, Hospital, Textile

Additional Requirements

  • Experience preferably in garment factory/Textile/any large industry.
  • Team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work hard and control Pressure.
  • Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
  • Result-oriented and a strong desire for success.
  • Self-starter & proactive .
  • Good interpersonal skill.
