  • Job Location: FDMN Camp Cox`s Bazar (Ukhiya)
  • Work will begin on a formal basis at 8:00 am (Saturday to Thursday).
  • Contract length: 18 months (renewable).

  • The ability to react quickly and effectively in times of stress or when immediate decisions need to be made.

শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা
  • Diploma/B.Sc. in Nursing from an accredited academic institution and recognized & registered by Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BMDC).
  • Registered and licensed to practice by the Country’s Medical Board.
অভিজ্ঞতা
  • সর্বনিম্ন ৩ বছর
চাকরির প্রয়োজনীয় বিষয়সমূহ
  • At least three 3 years’ experience, preferably, clinical experience in primary and emergency healthcare, tropical infections, and diseases.
  • Experienced working in 24/7 health facilities and staff, including previous experience supervising and mentoring other health staff.
  • Willingness and capacity to be flexible and accommodating when faced with difficult and challenging working conditions.
  • Ability and willingness to frequently travel and stay in the field (even night shifts).
  • The ability to communicate well and clearly with different range of people.
  • Strong team working skills to liaise with different medical professionals.
  • Strong observational skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Calm and cool-headed with a positive attitude.
  • Good leadership skills; able to mentor and educate.
  • Familiarity with medical equipment, technology, and computer programs.
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and local (Chittagonian) language.
