আগ্রহী প্রার্থীগন দরখাস্তের সাথে মোবাইল নং, জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র, শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার মূল সনদের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি ও সদ্য তোলা ৩ কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি জমা দিতে হবে। ২ জন সরকারী/ স্বায়ত্বশাসিত/ বেসরকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানে চাকুরীজীবি ব্যক্তির রেফারেন্স ও ঠিকানাসহ মোবাইল নাম্বার থাকতে হবে এবং খামের উপর পদের নাম উল্লেখ থাকতে হবে।

The Palli Shishu Foundation of Bangladesh (PSF), a national non-government organization works for the human and socio-economic development of the distressed people particularly of the women and children of rural Bangladesh. PSF was established in March 13, 1976 by a group of 11 social workers with a common interest to provide training and logistics support services to the self-started Rural Palli Shishu Clinic. In early seventies, Prof. Dr. Tofayel Ahmed, a relentless activist for the cause of the children in Bangladesh spun a new concept “Child care is an integral part of the community development and participation”. The constitution of the PSF and establishment of Dhaka Shishu Hospital more than two decades back, are the twin offspring of this concept.
Our long experience in rural setting induced us to believe that unless legal rights including reproductive right of the woman was ensured, training in income generating activities was given, avenues for employment were opened and literacy among the woman population was improved, desired result in MCH will not be secured. Thus the diversification started. It is now a diversified organization having a wide range of development training for rural woman, tree plantation, adult literacy, environment and mass education, RMP training, International Paediatric Post Graduation Course (Sydny Child Health Program), Child and Mother Care Training etc. From the very inception, PSF wanted to be self-reliant. In its efforts to be self-reliant it has built up its three-storied Head office Building in Mirpur of Dhaka city.
