Job Context
- জাতীয় পর্যায়ের শীর্ষস্থানীয় বেসরকারী উন্নয়ন সংস্থা জাগরণী চক্র ফাউন্ডেশন, পিকেএসএফ এর সহায়তায় মাইক্রোফাইন্যান্স কর্মসূচি বাস্তবায়ন করছে। সংস্থার এমআরএ (মাইক্রোক্রেডিট রেগুলেটরী অথরিটি) রেজিস্ট্রেশন সনদ নং- ০০৩২২-০১৭১৪-০০০০৮। উক্ত কর্মসূচির আওতায় নিম্নলিখিত পদে নিয়োগের জন্য উপযুক্ত বাংলাদেশী প্রার্থীর নিকট থেকে দরখাস্ত আহ্বান করা যাচ্ছে।
Job Responsibilities
- ঋণ কর্মসূচি পরিচালনার জন্য উর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষকে সহায়তা প্রদানসহ সময়মতো প্রতিবেদন তৈরী করা;
- ঋণ কর্মসূচির মাঠ পর্যায়ের অফিস/কর্মী ব্যবস্থাপনাসহ কর্মসূচি বাস্তবায়নে বিদ্যমান সমস্যা চিহ্নিতকরণসহ সমাধান খুঁজে বের করা;
- ঋণ কর্মসূচি বাস্তবায়নে সঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করা;
- ঋণ কর্মসূচি বাস্তবায়নে পরিকল্পনা প্রণয়ন ও সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করা, সংগঠিত করা ও নেতৃত্ব প্রদান করা;
- ঋণ কর্মসূচি বাস্তবায়নে বাজেট নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা, গবেষণা ও বিশ্লেষন করা, কর্মসূচির চাহিদা অনুযায়ী উপকারভোগীদের জন্য প্রশিক্ষণ ও ওরিয়েন্টশন আয়োজনসহ পরিচালনা এবং পরিবীক্ষণ ও তত্ত্বাবধানের কাজ করা;
- পিকেএসএফ-এর বিভিন্ন নীতিমালা সম্পর্কে স্পষ্ট ধারনা নেয়া ও কর্মীদের কাজে উৎসাহিত করা।
- কর্মসূচি বাস্তবায়নে তত্ত্বাবধান নিশ্চিতকরণসহ দাতাসংস্থার সাথে যোগাযোগ রক্ষা করা;
- দাতাসংস্থার বিভিন্ন নীতিমালা সম্পর্কে স্পষ্ট ধারণা নেয়া;
- কর্মীদের অনুপ্রেরণা নিশ্চিত করা;
- কর্মসূচির শাখা অফিস, এরিয়া অফিস এবং জোন অফিসসমূহের অডিট ও মনিটরিং সংক্রান্ত কাজে সহায়তা করা;
- এমআরএ/পিকেএসএফ এর বিভিন্ন আলোচনা সভায় অংশ গ্রহণ করা;
- দাতাসংস্থার চাহিদা অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা;

- সকল পরীক্ষায় কমপক্ষে 2য় বিভাগ/শ্রেণী থাকতে হবে। গ্রেড পদ্ধতির ক্ষেত্রে: 4.00 মাত্রার স্কেলে কমপক্ষে 2.00 এবং 5.00 মাত্রার স্কেলে কমপক্ষে 2.50 মানের সিজিপিএ থাকতে হবে।

- পিকেএসএফ এর কোন সহযোগী সংস্থায় ঋণ কর্মসূচিতে কমপক্ষে 8 বছর জোনাল ম্যানেজার/সমমান পদে দায়িত্বপালনসহ সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে কমপক্ষে 15 বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- কম্পিউটারের অফিস প্রোগ্রাম, ই-মেইল, ব্রাউজিং জানতে হবে। সরকারী-বেসরকারী পর্যায়ে যোগাযোগ, বাংলা ও ইংরেজি ভাষায় সাবলীলভাবে কথা বলা ও লেখার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। নেতৃত্ব দানের ক্ষমতা ও সাংগঠনিক দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। সংস্থার মিশন ভিশন অনুযায়ী নতুন নতুন পরিকল্পনা তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়নের যোগ্যতা থাকতে হবে। দেশী ও বিদেশী প্রতিনিধিদের সাথে যোগাযোগ এবং সংস্থাকে উপস্থাপনের যোগ্যতা থাকতে হবে। কর্মকালীন শেষ প্রতিষ্ঠানে গ্রহণযোগ্যতা থাকতে হবে। অধিনস্ত কর্মকর্তা/কর্মী পরিচালনায় দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। সংস্থার প্রতি আস্থাভাজন ও অনুগত হতে হবে।
